Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2025

1. Purpose

To prevent Kisanians App from being used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities.

2. Regulatory Compliance

We adhere to all applicable Indian AML laws and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND).

Automated monitoring of transaction patterns to detect unusual volumes or frequencies. Threshold alerts and exception reports reviewed daily by our compliance team.
