Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Kisanians mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Definitions

• “App” means the Kisanians mobile application.
• “Service” refers to all features and functionality provided through the App.
• “User” or “you” means any person accessing or using the App.
• “We,” “us,” or “our” means Kisanians.

3. Provision of Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. User Account & Registration

1. You may register for an account by providing accurate, complete information.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others (privacy, intellectual property, etc.).
• Upload or distribute harmful or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App are the property of Kisanians or its licensors. No right or license is granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

7. Fees & Payments

Some features may require payment of fees or in-App purchases. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KISANIANS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Effective Date” and notify you via the App or email if changes are material.
